How you will make an impact
In this job, you will have a unique opportunity to develop your skills in sensory science in a wellfunctioning, dynamic and diverse team of sensory and consumer scientists. You will be one of three panel leads in Aarhus, one of 6 globally and take part in development projects, supporting with sensory results, translating the challenges into research questions and applying the right methods to answer. You will also be responsible for reporting the results of the panel work, and panel performance. We use best in class sensory methods, but the results depends on you coaching the sensory panel to perform.
You will step into a busy team, and contribute with sensory expertise and knowledge to help us ensure consumer success in product innovation and renovation. You will get a broad network within the innovation community of Arla and be part of cross functional work at its best, understanding the many roles needed to create tasty, safe and sustainable products.

What will make you successful
We hope you come with a background within applied sensory of food, flavor, or ingredients conducting sensory analyses with a trained panel. You have worked with a broad range of Sensory Methodologies and have basic statistical knowledge, uni- and multivariate analyses. You have a natural interest or knowledge of food science and product quality. Knowledge of the use of Compusense and Xlstat is a benefit. Finally, speaking and writing Danish is important since you will be working with a Danish panel.
