At our contemporary HQ office environment in Hedehusene, you become part of the Operational strategy team within Corporate Development. This new team will act as an elevation hub for Operational enterprise wide projects, ensuring that the right set-up, tools and frameworks are in place for DSV to operate within.
Joining us, you become part of a vibrant, international and diverse community. As we are a fairly new team, you will be able to impact how we operate and collaborate and be part of the journey ahead of us.
“It’s a flexible environment where we typically work 3 days at the office and 2 from home. There will also be some travel involved, as the team has a global scope, but most tasks are handled virtually,” explains Senior Manager Ann Katrine Mølgaard Jensen.
Deliver road map initiatives and enterprise projects
As a business change manager, you will be working on projects supporting our customer integration process and other operational projects, where you represent the enterprise thinking while ensure a good communication with internal stakeholders ensuring the best possible outcome. You will be responsible for your own initiatives and when initiatives have gone live process and product ownership will remain, allowing you to follow and support what you have built. Your analytical skills will be in good use, ensuring fact based and holistic thinking and your stakeholder management skills will ensure buy-in across the organisation before you execute a global roll-out.

“In a lot of ways, you’ll be laying down the law on how to ensure enterprise thinking and that everyone does things the same way. While at the same time making work easier for our internal stakeholders,” Ann Katrine elaborates.
Process and project management experience
Well-versed in the art of process analysis, you understand the importance of collecting data and developing efficient processes. What is more, you have already proven that you can distil complexity into simple and easily understood guidelines.
And with your sharply honed collaboration skills, you navigate with ease at all levels of an organisation, just as your great presentation skills will come in handy when stating your case to management and peers alike.
