With direct reference to our Product Owner & People Lead, you will join our Business Solutions team, more specifically a team of 6 colleagues, who are responsible for designing, planning, and running applications in close collaboration with the Marketing and our Service & Solution Delivery departments. As a team, we are characterized by a shared drive to provide the technical solutions that enable the business to implement our strategy through offering the right solutions and connecting business needs with system features. We are a tight knit group of specialists, that appreciate a friendly tone, cooperation, and sparring. Furthermore, we work in an agile manner based on SCRUM.

A job focused on delivering customized applications and ensuring business value
In this newly established role as our Business Solution Specialist, you will act as our internal specialist in Sitecore XM Cloud and FUSE, and thereby ensure that our Marketing and Service & Solution Delivery departments are able to utilize the functionalities that the systems provide. This includes tasks such as translating business needs into technical specifications, while ensuring seamless integration through collaboration with the development teams. Once new functionalities are integrated you will play a key role in facilitating training sessions for your colleagues, so we make the most of the systems.

More specifically, you will be:

Personality matters
We imagine that you have a relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field combined with a proven track record of translating business needs into technical specifications and customizing solutions in Sitecore XM Cloud and FUSE, or similar Content Management Systems (CMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

As a person you thrive in an outgoing role and naturally facilitate cross-functional collaboration while your openness allows you to understand how strategic objectives can be reached through customization of our systems. Furthermore, your approachable nature makes you a great teacher in new features, and you enjoy sharing your knowledge. In relation to this, you are able to adjust your communication to your audience and translate the technical concepts to commercially oriented colleagues. You would characterize yourself as structured and pays attention to details and is an advocate for making well thought-out decisions while thinking about developing scalable and robust solutions.

It is a requirement that you are fluent in both written and spoken English.
