Responsibilities
What we’re seeking:
Acting as the ‘face’ of Hines to our clients, this role will be instrumental in the smooth and ever-improving operation of the Hines Nordics commercial portfolio. As a result of our ongoing success, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our market leading team on a full-time basis to strengthen our ‘Management Services’ team in Denmark and potentially other locations. As Commercial Operations Manager you will be responsible for the operational management and supporting the strategic direction of our commercial assets.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements include:
You are educated to a degree level in a business subject and preferably can demonstrate an ongoing commitment to further education, for example a master’s degree or RICS accreditation.
You have a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in the commercial Real Estate industry.
You will be learning the real estate lexicon, understanding what our occupier’s needs are and how we can exceed their expectations.
Strong financial background with an understanding of the commercial terms of a real estate deal.
You have a good command of written and spoken English and Danish.
