Contract Manager for Physical Security Operations

Apply now to join our Access Control and Advisory team! The Position As a Contract Manager your role will be to play a critical role in ensuring that the organizations contracts are effectively managed, compliant, and contributory to the achievement of strategic objectives.
You will manage facility services delivered through a supplier contract, while collaborating with our different departments within Physical Security Operation, to ensure excellent operations.
Furthermore, you will be the link between the suppliers and internal stakeholders, and make sure services are delivered according to the agreed service level.
Your main tasks will be to:
Maintain global framework agreement and service specifications, and manage hard FM in all new buildings Manage expectations and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers Manage and oversee budget requirements and financial logbooks and prepare business cases Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation to execution and performance evaluation Manage KPI’s for operation within asset management Identify potential risks associated with contracts and develop strategies to mitigate these risks Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
Educational background in facilities management, engineering, or business Proven track record managing sites or service contracts, following up on FM budgets, and investment planning Experience in project management or overseeing security-related projects will be considered as an advantage Systematic and structural work style, always keeping focus on the broad overview Strong negotiation skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities Fluency in Danish and English On a personal level, you are a team player with a service mindset and have flair for stakeholder management as you will be in daily contact with line of business, vendors, etc.
You have excellent planning skills and are used to work in a structured manner with an agile mind-set.
Furthermore, we expect you to be result oriented and persistent, even when the tasks become complex, and you experience some resistance.
Finally, you possess a combination of legal, financial, and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the organizations industry and operational needs.
About the department You will be part of the Access Control & Advisory team, which consists of 12 dedicated and diverse employees.
The departments primary responsibility is advising on technical requirements and specifications for the connection of approved and standardized security equipment, maintenance and repair of security equipment, and production of ID cards and other types of access cards.
Your primary base will be in Bagsværd, but the job involves activities across our Danish locations.
