The position

Being Country Lead in SelectionF is a part time role – most likely complimenting your board or consultancy roles. It requires a great interest in networking, speaking the cause and staying in tune with the board scene in your country. Representing SelectionF will both raise awareness of your own board profile but also extend your network to both strong candidates and relevant chairpersons and company owners.

Representing SelectionF you will be taking on an important role contributing to raising the focus on improving diversity in Nordic boards. You will be leading all activities in your country and arrange events and workshops network meetings. Attracting new members is the most important part of the role. You will be coordinating with the rest of the SelectionF team managing the multiple membership related activities in your country. SelectionF has a Country Lead in each country and a Nordic administration team to support you. The position is in Copenhagen.

The candidate

You are an experienced board profile. You have established yourself as a well-known board profile and know what to look for in strong board candidates. You have an extensive network among female board members. You have a burning passion to build and develop concepts and ideas, and you have the personality and skills to help others shine. You are fluent in Danish and English.
