Course Coordinator

We are looking for an administrative employee for an exciting position as course coordinator, responsible for a number of operational tasks within our course business. The position is located in the Academy at Teglholmen in Copenhagen.

You will play an important role in: 
Together with skilled colleagues in Denmark and abroad, you will be in direct contact with customers and colleagues globally who need courses in our products and try to meet their needs as best as possible.

The course participants consist of our own and our customers' international employees – from sailing machinists to technical staff from shipping companies to power plants – who need to learn to operate and maintain our 2- and 4-stroke engines and propellers.

You will also have to solve other administrative ad hoc tasks on a daily basis as well as contribute to development and process optimization.

We imagine that you: 

• Are flexible, proactive and work independently.
• Have experience in administrative, operational tasks and maintain the overview at all times.
• Have a commercial and service-oriented mindset. You thrive in an informal work environment where the pace is fast.
• Are fluent in English vocally and in writing at a professional level

As a course coordinator at the Academies in Denmark, you will be part of a team of friendly, skilled employees, which includes experienced administrative colleagues, highly specialized and technical instructors, a learning consultant, student assistants etc., in an international environment. You will, among other things, also have to collaborate with project managers, financial staff and process consultants in other departments.

Your daily work will primarily be in the Academy's building on Teglholmen in Copenhagen.

In 2027, MAN Energy Solutions will move to Trekroner in Roskilde. Here, we will consolidate all our current locations in East Denmark into one large site.
