Are you an experienced CRM specialist with a proven track record of success in designing and implementing marketing automation flows? If so, we want you to join our team!

As CRM Specialist, you will be part of our Digital Marketing and CRM team in BESTSELLER Ecommerce in Aarhus. This role is a maternity cover lasting until 1st of June 2025.

YOUR PROFILE
You will play a critical role in supporting our brands in managing customer relationships and driving our CRM ambitions forward. We expect that you are passionate about continuously optimizing the customer experience to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. You will work closely with brands and cross-functional teams, including ecommerce teams, marketing, and customer service, to ensure that our CRM activities align with our overall business goals and objectives. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and support CRM strategies and customer lifetime journeys.
  • Advise and help implement marketing automation flows to deliver personalized and timely messages-based on customer behavior, historical data, and other predefined parameters.
  • Track and monitor customer acquisition, retention and engagement and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Analyze, build, and implement relevant segments to improve personalized content and relevant customer journeys.
  • Advise om lead generation through campaigns, gamification, lead ads and onsite updates.
  • Support brands on technical issues and development of new templates, designs etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and data-driven marketing.
  • YOUR PROFILE
    We imagine that you are a proactive and structured person with a “can-do” mindset. You have previously worked with many stakeholders and are therefore a skilled communicator both verbal and written, and great at building strong relationships. Furthermore, you have the following qualifications:

  • Experience with hands-on CRM operations, trigger flows, journey mapping etc.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS or Javascript is preferable.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with many stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
