We are seeking an experienced Digital Growth & Performance Analyst with expertise in Commercial Planning, Forecasting, and Analytics to play a pivotal role in driving growth for our e-commerce division. As a Digital Growth & Performance Analyst you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and optimizing performance for our e-commerce division. This pivotal role requires a blend of expertise in commercial planning, forecasting, and analytics to inform strategic decisions and elevate our digital presence. Collaborating closely with the E-commerce Director, you'll play a key role in identifying growth initiatives, developing comprehensive digital strategies, and providing valuable insights to enhance traffic performance and customer acquisition.

• Your responsibilities will encompass conducting in-depth performance analysis, forecasting sales and order economics, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless data integration. • Lead the analysis of key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making across the e-commerce division.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and forecasting exercises to guide inventory management, product assortment, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks, providing timely and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Manage financial analysis related to e-commerce operations, ensuring profitability targets are met and operational efficiency is maximized.
• Utilize data visualization tools to create dynamic dashboards that effectively communicate complex insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce analytics, applying knowledge to enhance forecasting accuracy and commercial planning efforts

This is you:

• You have excellent knowledge of Google Tag Manager, SQL for working with databases and data extraction, data visualization tools like Power Bi and/or Looker.
• You are a seasoned professional with a proven track record in commercial planning, forecasting, and analytics, particularly within the e-commerce space.
• Your expertise lies in driving growth and optimizing performance through strategic analysis and data-driven insights. With your strong analytical skills, you can dissect complex data sets, identify trends, and formulate actionable recommendations.
• Your proficiency in data visualization tools allows you to create compelling dashboards that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
• You thrive in collaborative environments, excelling in cross-functional collaboration to achieve shared goals and objectives. And you have a strong passion about leveraging technology and innovation to enhance business processes and drive continuous improvement.
