The B2B Business represent a significant part of Circle K’s business and plays a critical role in delivering on our company’s ambitions. The role is part of our Global Digital Sales & Excellence team and playsan important role in theongoing digital transformation journey. This entails optimization of our operations related to sales,customer engagement and marketing to enhance our company's competitiveness, revenue performance and profitability.

Position overview:

In the role you will work with many of different stakeholders within the organization both in the team but also in all the Business Units in all countries where Circle K B2B operates both in EUR and the US. In Circle K we work with a strong professional development focus that gives you the ability to further develop your already well-established digital sales, marketing, and CRM toolbox.

The Digital Sales Specialist is a pivotal member of the Team. Together,leveraging the marketing automation platform Pardot, to drive revenue growth and enhance the digital sales process. This role requires a deep understanding of Pardot functionalities, as well as digital sales strategies and techniques, to effectively engage with customers and prospects. The Digital Sales Specialist plays a critical role in developing and implementing targeted digital campaigns, nurturing leads, and maximizing sales opportunities through personalized and automated Pardot flows.

Responsibilities:

  • Segment and analyze customer data to create personalized digital sales engagement that drives conversions generating sales.

  • Monitor and track the performance of digital sales using Pardot analytics and reporting tools tooptimize strategies based on insight and data-driven decision-making. The insight help you evaluate and Improve the effectiveness of Pardot campaigns and workflows, incorporating best practices and industry trends to drive better results.

  • As a business developer you manage and implement digital sales campaigns with the target to grow our B2B business, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and automated workflows.

  • You work closely with sales teams to align on campaigns with sales objectives and drive theconversion of leads into opportunities and customers.Improve ways of working by Implementing lead scoring and grading methodologies to prioritize and route leads to the sales teams for follow-up.

  • Collaborate with Digital Sales Enablement Specialistto create engaging content and assets tailored to specific audience segments and buying personas.

  • Stay informed about Pardot updates, new features, and industry trends to maximize the platform's capabilities and drive innovation in digital sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Pardot with other systems and processes.

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in digital sales, marketing automation, or a similar role, with proficiency in using Pardot.

  • In-depth knowledge of Pardot functionalities

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including email marketing, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive insights and decision-making.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Ability tomanage and lead multiple projects simultaneously, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.

  • Location: We are looking for this position to be located in any of our offices across Europe – Oslo, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Riga, Tallinn, Vilnius.
