Engineering Manager

About the position

In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in leading an engineering team to new heights while shaping the culture and ways of working. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies, prioritize projects, and ensure successful execution of our product roadmap. At the same time, you'll dive into the codebase alongside your team, lending your expertise to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and mentor your team for technical and professional growth.
• Set the course for your team and products and manage the entire development life cycle within your team. You build it, you own it.
• Work with Product Managers to ensure alignment with business objectives, delivering valuable solutions for our users.
• Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of our codebase, leading by example and setting high standards for code quality and best practices.
• Continuously identify opportunities to optimize engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and quality.
