Are you an aspiring IT Endpoint Specialist, eager to develop, contribute to effective communication and embrace continuous learning of new technologies for a leading FMCG company? “Become a part of Arla's ART (Agile Release Train) named 'DSI – Digital Services & Infrastructure,' and work alongside a talented team responsible for delivering IT infrastructure across key technology platforms. In the Endpoint Area, we are specifically looking for an Entry Specialist to join the ‘Clients’ team and provide support to other teams within the Train and IT Department”, says Jonathan Magnussen.

How you will make an impact

As a passionate technology enthusiast, you will contribute to our long-term goals of delivering a high-end user experience on endpoints and achieving full cloud device integration. Our focus is on maximizing the potential of endpoints and leveraging cloud-based solutions to create an optimal user experience.

Your daily work will involve active participation in Agile ceremonies, planning, execution, and delivery to ensure complete satisfaction from the end-users. We highly value improvement ideas and feedback as part of our daily culture.

Specifically, you will learn and work with:

Introducing new security and endpoint technologies, defining lifecycles, and effectively communicating them to the business and other IT departments.

Anchoring initiatives in the business

Creating and maintaining security awareness and documentation

Increasing organisational understanding and sensing the IT world around you by being curious and open-minded, seeing opportunities and potential

Contributing creative ideas and innovative solutions, while actively engaging stakeholders and proactively collecting user feedback

Understanding various IT endpoint aspects and continuously supporting business improvement initiatives.

Facilitating proactive and transparent communication, both verbal and written, and maintaining visibility with stakeholders.

Willingness to gain expertise in Microsoft Hybrid Infrastructure and related Security Components, including Windows 11/12, Intune, Active Directory, Entra ID, Defender for Cloud, Defender for Identity, Defender for Endpoints, and Conditional Access.

Willingness to gain knowledge in PowerShell scripting and PowerBI.

What will make you successful

You are a goal-oriented individual who demonstrates persistence and collaborates effectively with agile teams, Product Owners, IT Architects, and key stakeholders. Your role will require working in a complex stakeholder environment that spans different cultures, so strong facilitation skills and the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds are essential.

Furthermore, you have:

Agile development skills would be advantageous.

Strong willingness to learn and evolve with the Microsoft Endpoint Management

Good communication skills to effectively engage with business stakeholders and technical personnel.

Focused and persistent on achieving goals in great collaboration with the team.

Facilitation skills and enjoying engaging with people of different cultures and from various backgrounds.

Self-organizational skills and the ability to drive initiatives independently.

Master’s degree within IT or other relevant area.
