We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to be part of the CFO Office in the Novo Nordisk Foundation.
The job will offer you direct exposure to the Executive Office (CEO, COO, CFO) and give you a unique insight into the inner workings of philanthropy and foundations. You will support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the management of one of the world’s largest philanthropic foundations.

The job
The Executive Office is responsible for ensuring that the decisions of the Board of Directors are implemented and for monitoring and following up on the Foundation’s activities.
The CFO oversees central business functions and projects, including strategy implementation, financial planning, follow-up and reporting, financial grant management and partnering for programme areas, business controling, grant impact and corporate social reporting, digitalization and project excellence, corporate IT, buildings and large investments.
As Executive Assistant, you will be working mainly within the CFO office and the interface to the CEO and the COO office. However, you will have a broad interface with the entire foundation. You will work closely with the CFO, the COO’s Executive Assistant, the Personal Assistant, and the CFO Leadership team.

You will receive on-the-job-training and continuous feedback from the CFO and have an extensive exposure to both external and internal stakeholders across the NNF organization and companies in the Novo family.
