Finance Assistant

About the job

As our new Finance Assistant you will be focused on efficient execution of financial tasks and processes. A key task in the department is invoicing and you will be part of handling invoicing in our digital system both in relation to Warehouse sales and direct containers.

You will be responsible for managing our creditors throughout the processes of ensuring essential creditor master data, digital creditor approval, executing the payment and accounting activities. Precision and attention to detail are paramount to ensure the accuracy of our financial records.

Your role will also include the following responsibilities:

• Handling invoices and accounting of sales
• Maintaining creditors including data, creditor approval, and follow up
• Handling paymentsAccounting of creditors
• Financial registrations in ERP system (Business Central)
• Managing travel-expenses in zExpense
• Bank reconciliation
• VAT calculations and reporting
• Participating in month/year- end closing activities Ad hoc financial tasks

Who are you?

You have a natural detail-oriented approach and thrive working with task where precision and meeting deadlines are key. You have been working in a similar position previously and you are comfortable working with digital systems.
