Frontend Developer (Associate Partner)

We are actively seeking a Frontend Developer to join our disruptive hospitality tech startup in Aarhus, Denmark as an Associate Partner based on an equity shareholding agreement. Our aim is to revolutionize the hospitality and design industries. Are you a recently graduated student, junior frontend developer or experienced coder looking to make a change, and to control their own career destiny?

Who are we?

Reevela transforms boutique hotels & restaurants into product showrooms and retail storefronts by allowing guests to discover and buy any interior design item via our visual identification app. The accurate results are delivered in a marketplace platform that adds enlightenment and storytelling, helping venues enhance the customer experience and drive revenue

Simply put, we help people to buy and learn more about the things they love, when they fall in love with them. 

Key Expectations

• Collaborative Development: Work closely with the CTO and rest of leadership team

• Technical Input: Contribute to the development and execution of technical strategies with a focus on mobile-first UX and cross-platform compatibility, 

• UX/UI Design: Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that improve user experience.

• Innovation: Actively look for innovative and optimised solutions, staying current with industry best practices.

• Project Management: Participate in Agile and Scrum methodologies to help maintain an efficient workflow.

  
  

Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Design aesthetics: An understanding of design principles and user-centred design methodologies.

• Developing best in class frontend user interfaces: Strong proficiency in MVP development, focus on UX first design strategy, experience with React (or other modern web frameworks such as Vue or Angular) and TypeScript

• Experience with UI/UX design tools: Figma, Adobe XD or similar

• Familiarity with backend and database technologies is a plus, but not a requirement

Personal Qualities

• Problem-Solving Abilities: Exceptional problem-solving skills that align with both innovation and established best practices.

Education

A degree in Computer Science or Web Development is preferred but not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to grow.

Compensation and Ownership

We are an early-stage, pre-revenue start-up. As such, our financial situation is not comparable to established tech giants like Google or Apple, therefore we are offering up to 10% equity in our company, and an Associate Partner position.
