As a Global SCM Insights Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering actionable insights that optimize supply chain performance and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead the development and implementation of robust data analytics frameworks, tools, dashboards, KPI measures, and visualizations within our global supply chain.
Your efforts will contribute to informed decision-making processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
At Nilfisk, we are challenged by a high data complexity stemming from disparate ERP systems, a lack of a unified data model, and varied KPI definitions. These factors lead to different versions of the truth within the organization, and thus we have a clear intent of creating a reliable one-stop shop for supply chain related KPI's that will serve as the one truth throughout the organization.
What you'll do
The Global SCM Insights & Development department
The team consist of 4 individuals where 3 are located in Denmark (you will be one of them) and 1 in Hungary. You will report to the Head of Global SCM Insights and Development, Jonas Koenigsfeldt.
The department is anchored within the Global S&OP department, but maintains its own focus and responsibilities within that structure. The S&OP department consists of additional 3 colleagues all located in Denmark.

We value the experience you bring
We imagine that you have around years of work experience, preferable within Supply Chain. We imagine that you hold a master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, Economics or similar.
Further it is an advantage if you have insights in performance management tools and operational KPI's. If you have experience in PowerBI, Alteryx, SAP ERP and SAP BW, it would be considered a great advantage.
