Red Barnet is currently looking for a Head of Business- and National Project Finance (BNPF), to continue the important journey of leading the business- and national project finance team. You will lead building the right conditions and frame for high standards in all financial aspects and in line with accounting and donor compliance in our national programme department and the rest of Red Barnet. The position is newly created and reports to the CFO.
Our Business Support and Development department has over the past two years implemented several new systems, amongst others a new ERP system. We begin to see the end of the tunnel and we are on a great path re-inventing our ways of working and strengthening the collaboration and connection throughout the organization and especially towards the national programme department. BNPF is building on this landscape to ensure a continued focus on timely and quality reporting through efficient processes, teamwork and engagement. The key mandate of the BNPF team is to drive and manage the Budget process, consolidate, analyse, control and challenge periodic and annual reports, statutory reports, forecasting modelling and to provide support regarding restricted and unrestricted funds. As quality advisors, and financial experts BNPF supports the national programme department in all financial aspects throughout the project cycle.
The team consists of 7 people, which includes finance, business and project controllers, of various nationalities, background and portfolios and therefore diverse leadership skills are a requirement.

You will be employed according to the terms of an individual manager contract (Agreement between Save the Children Denmark and the AC organizations and HK). Working hours are 37 hours per week without overtime payment. You will start as soon as possible preferably 1 August at the latest.
