With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.

Key Accounts are one of the fastest growing channels in the hearing aid market. To further strengthen WSA position and partnership with KA’s globally, we are looking for a new Head of Portfolio and Innovation for Global Key Accounts to secure future sustainable growth by strengthening our Portfolio and Innovation partnership and initiatives with our customers. The role reports to the President GKA and is at a Senior Manager level. 

What you will do

  • Strategic definition and planning of Portfolio & Innovation pipeline for Global Key Account
  • Lead Roadmap and Innovation discussion to GKA & internal (R&D, Marketing)
  • Launch management (training material, homologation coordination)
  • Private label – coordination internally – externally.
  • Strategic positioning of Private Labels vs WSA own brands in all discussions with customers & WSA internally.
  • Other product management related topics (e.g. technical support, Software, Apps)
  • Lead Sustainability from GKA perspective and ensure WSA is leveraging its strength in this area
  • Drive simplification and complexity reduction projects to improve WSA position within GKA (e.g. how to simplify and standardize global training for GKA)
  • Provide early input and Customer Insights to WSA innovation teams to influence and deliver future solutions roadmaps.
  • What you bring

    Experience

  • Solid proven history at strategic level from audiology industry, consumer electronics or FMCG with focus on product / portfolio / innovation / product development with a clear focus on customers 
  • Extensive experience working with international chains & retailers.
  • Personal competencies

  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal – ability to clearly demonstrate and explain performance and underlying business drivers to a range of audiences. 
  • Ability to complete tasks and deliver presentations in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capability to build solid working relationships with the Group, the Regions and across the business in general.
  • Firm persistence and high levels of achievement. Resilience, high energy and a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Strategic mind-set, results orientated, accountable, takes responsibility and leads by example, raising standards.
  • A people-oriented person who is always looking for solutions and bringing quality improvements.
