HR Business Partner

Are you experienced within the entire HR palette? Do you enjoy versatility? And are you someone who finds value in a dedicated team? Then it might be you we are looking for! 


We offer you a versatile HR role, where you will quickly gain independent responsibility of your own tasks.

With your structural skillset, you will have ample opportunity to make your mark on various HR tasks.


Your primary tasks will be to:

  •  Run the annual HR cycle activities such as performance review process, objective setting, employee engagement surveys, training etc. 

  • Drive recruitment processes, including competence clarification, advertisement, job interviews, testing and the administrative aspects of on-/offboarding. 

  • Maintaining data in our HR system (Workday) and reports with focus on high data quality, including projects to automate and digitalise. 

  •  Secure compliance within our employee handbook, business procedures and risks as well as ensuring up to date employee job profiles.

  •  Together with the HR team support the payroll process with information to our external payroll provider, checks of payroll etc.

Furthermore, you will play a leading role in the fulfillment of Euronext’s focus on the environment, diversity, and inclusion, as well as the health and wellbeing of the employees. You will, in cooperation with Communications and Facilities, influence and coordinate happenings and events.

We are looking for you to navigate tasks on many levels – from the very practical administrative tasks to the very structural HR processes, to the more abstract creatives parts when working with culture and values.


You are fundamentally people oriented and take pride in creating connection with your colleagues in order to form relationships across the organization and our national borders. You bring great ideas, thoughts, and insights to the tasks at hand, and you present and execute them effectively. You value collaboration and can be described as kind and helpful towards others.


We also imagine that you:

  • have an university degree within HR, strategy or management.

  • have experience with the entire HR palette. 

  • preferably, have gained experience from a larger, international organization.

  • are excellent in both written and oral communication in both Danish and English.
