NOV is looking for a new HR Business Partner to work at our Brøndby site. You will work in partnership with the business and develop effective working relationships, influencing managers while maintaining structure and compliance to policy as a strong foundation in this role. You will support key stakeholders with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with their people plans and provide project management support and HR expertise to the business on specific related projects.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day to day HR Employee Relations support and act as the first point of contact for all HR related issues. Support the HR team in the development/implementation of the KPI's/business plan. Work closely with the HR team across the business to monitor, review and update policies, procedures and documentation in line with NOV standards, current legislation and best practice. Provide training and support to management on HR relates topics . absence management, and performance management etc. Provide an HR advisory service to the organization Supporting the People Plan; delivering appropriate results within an agreed timeframe Support the alignment of HR and business interventions with company values. Support the delivery of HR initiatives across the organization Support, develop and challenge the organization on HR related topics Liaise with HR Shared Services across the business QUALIFICATIONS
Master's or Bachelor's degree in HR (desirable) or equivalent level of HR experience (essential) EXPERIENCE
Work experience in an HR position (strong HR admin, HR generalist or HRBP) (essential) Experience of working in a matrix organisation or international company (desirable) Experience of working with trade unions (desirable) SKILLS OR SPECIALST KNOWLEDGE
Danish/English - fluent (essential) Good understanding of Danish HR policy & current employment legislation (essential) Curious and outgoing Great collaborator Closing Date 7th of April.
