Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey within a dynamic global environment, where you'll serve as a sparring partner for our Operations area of our organization? Haarslev, an innovative company committed to shaping a cleaner and more sustainable future, is on the lookout for a resourceful and independent individual to join us as an international HR Business Partner.

This is the role

As an HR Business Partner, you will have a unique opportunity to execute our HR strategy while providing valuable support for HR-related challenges on the COO’s radar. You'll be the HR Business Partner for our Group Operations, which includes the Global Engineering Department, Global Sourcing & Purchase Department, and Operations in Denmark and China.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and strengthen global HR processes in your area.
• Supporting the execution of our yearly HR plan in Group Operations.
• Training and developing managers and employees.
• Advising and coaching managers in HR-related employee issues.
• Taking the lead on succession planning programs and initiatives.
• Ensuring the management team in Group Operations receives thorough knowledge and insight to enable them to make the most well-informed decisions within the HR domain.

You will be an integral part of our HR & Legal team, collaborating closely with four other International HR Business Partners and reporting to our COO with a dotted line to VP HR & LEGAL based in Haarslev.

The Ideal Candidate:  

We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about people and organizational development. You work independently and change management is something you live by every day.

To thrive in this role, you should:

• Hold an academic degree in Business Admin, Human Resource, Psychology or an equivalent discipline.
• Have proven experience in driving and advising on HR processes.
• Possess an outgoing personality with the ability to navigate within a global context.
• Bring a can-do attitude and solid experience in coaching and engaging stakeholders across the organization.
• Be a stellar communicator, adept at crafting clear messages for all levels of the organization.
• Prefer creating value for the team over pursuing individual goals.
• Demonstrate proficiency in English and Danish at a business level, both verbal and written.
