Welcome to the Business Operations team – the dynamic force keeping our startup sailing smoothly through the entrepreneurial seas! We're the multitasking maestros who oversee finance, people & culture, company operations, and administration. From strategic planning to resource allocation, process optimization, and performance monitoring, we've got it covered. The purpose of the role

Working closely with all Reshapers, the IT Operations role is instrumental in ensuring that we can support our growth operationally. In this role, you’ll evaluate and implement all relevant IT systems that will help us scale processes to more colleagues, customers and partners. You’ll monitor and maintain our internal system landscape ensuring maximized return on our IT investments and high uptime. Moreover, you’ll support our commercial growth by delivering IT and Information Security expertise to our commercial teams and customers as part of our sales processes and ongoing customer success efforts.

This is what you will be doing:

• Build out our IT system landscape to support our growth ambitions including managing hardware and software vendors.

• Work closely with all teams to ensure successful implementations of IT systems and nimble processes around them.

• Educate colleagues in best practices for how to use and administrate our systems and processes including building out documentation and knowledge bases.

• Monitor and maintain internal systems.

• Deliver IT and Information Security input in commercial processes to support us in running great sales processes and delivering best-in-class customer experiences.

• Good basic understanding of information security procedures.

• Effective communication skills in navigating topics of both high and low complexity.

• Experience from (or a strong interest in) other fast-growing startups
