We are looking for a motivated IT Support Student to join our team in Copenhagen on a part-time basis and assist with various IT support tasks. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing essential support to our global workforce, both locally and remotely, across various locations worldwide. 

As a Junior IT Support Student, you will be exposed to various IT help desk tasks, working closely with our international IT team. You will get to collaborate with other members of the team to provide more than 400 users' comprehensive support, contribute to the smooth operation of our IT systems. The position is part of the IT Help Desk Team, and you will primarily work with Microsoft 365, including Azure Active Directory, Office 365 administration, Windows 10/11 maintenance and updates, and Microsoft Teams. 

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your skills within a supportive and dynamic environment. 

You will support initiatives including: 

• Installation, setup, and maintenance of laptops. 

• Monitoring and supporting tickets, which includes troubleshooting IT issues or follow-up on requests reported by users. 

• Handing out new IT equipment to end users and support installing equipment onsite. 

• Assist with onboarding/offboarding of users. 

• Help troubleshoot and solve technical issues. 

• Remote access to other locations to assist users. 

To succeed in this role, you: 

• You have a minimum of 1.5 years left of your education. 

• You are enrolled in a relevant study program. 

• You have a flair for IT and can quickly build an understanding of new tools and systems. 

• You have a willingness to learn. 

• You thrive in a very professional and fast-paced environment. 

• Your verbal and written proficiency is at a professional level. 

• You are extremely service minded.
