Here’s your chance to become an integral part of Hobbii’s dedicated Product & Procurement team, currently consisting of 14 members, who are a good mix of young talent and diverse cultures. The Hobbii culture

As our new planner, you’ll dive into forecasting and ordering processes, improving forecast accuracy and monitoring stock levels. No need to be a seasoned pro; we’ll nurture your growth! What you’ll be responsible for and working with:

Demand Planning

• Make sure forecasting for all active products in Hobbii portfolio
• Utilize historical data, market trends, seasonality and other insights to enhance forecast model
• Achieve forecast accuracy and bias improvement
• Forecast new products introduction
• AdHoc forecast calculation for specific cases (for example forecast for suppliers, making projections/assumptions for new products)

Supply Planning

• Make sure production orders are placed in time
• Collaboration with talented buyers on the daily basis
• Adjust production orders to make sure they aligned with planning parameters and constrains, for example transport optimization and MOQ requirements
• Following up and taking actions if any changes with production orders required (for example adding more/less products, reprioritizing skus, reprioritizing orders, etc.)
• Monitoring OOS/excess situations and taking related actions with relevant stakeholders
• Making sure that system is always updated with correct supply chain related parameters (MOQ, Leadtimes, transportation)
• Support with more ad-hoc tasks, analysis and assignments
• Proactively monitor key products performance, novelty launches, and special projects

As part of the team, you'll support our Master Planner and work closely with purchasers and product coordinators to make sure that we have yarn and accessories needed for Hobbii universe.

We are looking for someone:

• Who has minimum 2 years of experience from a similar position
• Demonstrates curiosity, thoroughness, and a passion for working with numbers
• Have an analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience in forecasting and utilizing statistical forecast methods
• Basic knowledge in supply planning or production planning
• Experience with supply chain management software
• Fluent in English
