The position
As a LEAN Coach, you will be welcomed into BRD with a focus on supporting LEAN leadership behavior across our manufacturing sites. Our facilities are currently on a growth journey and LEAN is and will be one of our most essential tools on that journey to ensure an efficient manufacturing process of medicine for patients living with rare diseases. You contribute to that journey through a structured coaching approach by following our managers at different levels on shopfloor and providing feedback, teaching, and coaching.

About the department
Aseptic Production site Gentofte is part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). At our sites across Gentofte, we are more than 700 colleagues responsible for the aseptic production where we are transforming the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) into finished products for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced processes such as formulation, filling, and freeze-drying in a sterile environment. We bring value to our patients by delivering high-quality products in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) in a timely and cost-effective manner as we constantly optimize our processes and invest in new technology.
