Summary:Job Title: Senior Manager Commercial Strategy - Europe
Reports to: Senior RGM Director (Europe lead)
Location: Europe flexible
Thiscriticalrolefor the Companywill support the design and implementation of integratedRevenue Growth Management(RGM)approaches and plans todrivetopline revenue growth and margin expansionwith ourBottling Partnersacross Europe.The role is part of thediverseRGM Leadership Team in Europe.
What you’ll do for us-Focus, Scope, & Impact:
Overall responsibilityof the roleis toimplement multi-yearbusiness andcapability plansto support topline revenue growth and margin expansionacross Europe.
LeadsbuildingRGMstrategies forkeygrowthandmargindriversforour Categories andCustomerscollaborating with category, customer, country teams and bottling partners.
Identifieskeyconsumer-centric & customer-relevant value propositions that will drive adoption and scale, leading all aspects of the strategicRGMinitiatives inclusive ofcustomersegmentation, value to market andcommercialexecution.
Developsintegrated solutions targeting Category growth, agreement compliance, channel coherency and advanced analytic based approaches for category planning and customer negotiation.
Act as key contact forCustomerRGM strategies for allcross-functional and cross-countrystakeholders, ensuring that RGM strategies and all keyCustomer, Category, Countryplansare in sync.
Key member oftheLeadership Teamthat willshapeEurope RGMteam’svision, prioritization ofkeybusinessbets,broaderteam engagementandcapabilityaccelerationplans.
Partner with Customer and Country RGM teams to find unique insights leading to action plans to be embedded in the Annual BP and Strategic BP.
Communicatemarket-andspecificbusinessopportunities,advanced strategic analysis, priorities and plans tothe OUleadership team and other Senior Management, including Bottling Partners.
Collaborate with Globalteamsand markets to buildscalable plans andcapabilitiesthatwill be customizable for different markets need.
Qualifications & Success Parameters:
Significant experience inCustomer and Commercialwith strong skills inRGM,Customer Management,Segmentation, VTM,andChannelstrategy.
SolidAnalytical Skills,Ability to think from planning to execution and solidcommercial, financial andbrand management.
This role requires ability towork and influence different business areas:customer management,supply chain, finance, marketing, innovationand franchise leadership.
Ability toanalyzeand combineinsightstocreatesolutions forcomplexbusiness problems.
Communicatewith internalstakeholdersandkey Bottlerpartners
Build selling storiesto drive adoption and behaviorchange
