PURPOSE

We are looking for a reliable and proactive person to fill the role of Office Administrator in Elopak Belgrade branch.

An Office Administrator will coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies and standards, as described in the overview of main tasks and responsibilities for this role.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Performance of Daily, Weekly, Monthly Administrative duties, including but not limited to:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors of Elopak BS, as a person exclusively working from the offices during business days,
  • Act as single point of contact for all shipments and/or receipt (printed proofs and/or color samples) with active contact to courier services (DHL/FedEx/UPS etc.)
  • Ensuring all mail and courier receivals/parcels are distributed to relevant persons including ensuring necessary custom clearance procedures are performed in accordance with legislation and with support of external customs clearance representatives,
  • Ensuring availability of sufficient inventory misc. department consumables – envelopes, stickers, labels, refreshments etc.,
  • Replacing Epson and GMG repro consumables on demand, maintaining records and ordering of consumables, all in accordance with procedure
  • Back up creating and distributing TOD list to OH Hub and Final check list distribution (the scope of support will  vary based on requirements of Repro Operations hub and interests of the employee engaged in this role)
  • Miscellaneous support to Elopak BS staff where required

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Secondary or high school degree (Bachelor to be considered as advantage)
  • Intermediate English skills (higher skills to be considered as advantage)
  • Elementary computer literacy (Windows, Office, Teams)
  • Previous experience will be considered an advantage

  • Good interpersonal and social skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient at setting priorities and fulfilling deadlines/ a professional who oversees operations across our organization’s office
