Omnichannel Digital Operations Specialist

Location: Łódź  ( Hybrid)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Omnichannel Digital Operations Specialist to join a stable organization on a full-time basis in a hybrid form (office / work from home). This is a great opportunity for skills development and working with advanced digital platforms dedicated to websites, newsletters and in-store offers management.  

As an Omnichannel Digital Operations Specialist you will be responsible among others for updating web content, setting up offer both online and offline, as well preparing newsletters and SMS according to the marketing plan in 8 European markets and Canada, in cooperation with other departments.

What are Your duties and responsibilities: 

• Managing and updating web shops and other digital media (eg. TV screens in CHANGE stores) on selected markets with content using such CMS platforms as CommerceTools, Contentful, Relewise, LG SuperSign, Sleeknote, Zendesk.
• Setting up offers according to the marketing plan for both: our websites (CommerceTools) as well as for our brick-and-mortar stores (Microsoft Dynamics, Relewise) on all our markets.
• Coordinating offers, marketing communication and content setup with Omnichannel Digital Operations Manager and other departments.
• Creating landing pages according to specification and current marketing activities needs.
• Creating marketing newsletters and other email communication with customers (Bloomreach, Sendgrid), as well as managing the email production calendar and related tasks.
• Coordinating with Marketing Department and Omnichannel Digital Operations Manager and other departments the campaign overviews, new arrival dates, themes and inspirations for newsletters use.
• Working with multi-national team members and making sure that everyone is aware of expectations and is able to fulfill their deliverables on time.
• Analyzing web and newsletter performance through marketing metrics.
• Actively spotting communication trends and making recommendations on the optimization of the web shops and email marketing performance.

Who You are:

We are looking for a young, ambitious, and willing to learn candidate with some experience in working with CMS (Content Management Systems):

• Minimum of 1 to 2+ years of managing web sites and/or newsletters.
• Experience in online marketing of 1-2+ years.
• Basic knowledge of CMS systems and HTML.
• Experience in in working with an ERP-class system (eg. AX Microsoft Dynamics) will be a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and social media platforms will be an advantage.
• Ability to plan and organize self and workload, as well as to work under time-pressure.
• Attention to detail and a good eye for the look of the websites and newsletters is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Enjoys working in a team.
• Fluent in English and Polish, additional language as a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills (also in English).
