This is the job

As a Paid Social Specialist, your role is pivotal in our growth strategy. Take charge of spearheading paid marketing efforts across platforms, shaping and executing impactful campaigns. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing data insights and seamlessly integrating paid social campaigns into broader marketing initiatives.

 

Your main responsibility:

  • Lead the planning and execution of compelling paid social marketing campaigns
  • Drive and own the strategy for paid social channels like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest
  • Analyze and report the performance of paid social campaigns
  • Dive into data insights to refine strategies and enhance campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paid social efforts into broader marketing initiatives

You're a strategic thinker with a structured approach, blending creativity with a flair for data and campaign planning. With over a year of hands-on experience, you've successfully developed and executed paid social media campaigns. Your in-depth knowledge covers Meta and TikTok platforms, and your analytical mindset drives actionable insights for campaign optimization. Aligning paid social efforts with broader business objectives is second nature to you.

In general, the following qualifications are required:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful paid social media campaigns, with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertising platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • A strategic mindset to align paid social efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Passion for staying updated on the latest trends and innovations in paid social media.
  • Creative flair to identify captivating content that resonates with our audience.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit to work seamlessly with the marketing team.
  • Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing.

You will be a part of our Customer & Digital department, within the Marketing area together with more than 30 close colleges at our HQ office at Strandgade in Copenhagen. You will report in our Director, Marketing Growth & Acquisition.
