The position
In this role, you will be responsible for building our onboarding processes, bringing them to life and maintaining them actively while optimizing them on an ongoing basis. 

 

Main responsibilities include to:
•    Design the new onboarding experience based on user feedback and strategic goals of OPDev
•    Run the onboarding experience with key stakeholders every month
•    Work with data to visualize and evaluate the onboarding experience
•    Work closely with analytics and digitalization to automate as many processes as possible
•    Coordinate onboarding experience for all new employees

 

Finally, you will oversee all hands-on tasks required in onboarding employees.
 

Qualifications
The ideal candidate could be either experienced or newly educated, the most important is that you have a continuous improvement mindset. This is the right job for you if you are passionate, self-driven and thrive when making a meaningful impact. 

 

The ideal candidate has:
•    An academic degree within organization, strategic human resource 
•    Experience in onboarding processes from large organization 
•    Stakeholder management skills including stakeholders on all organizational levels
•    Great time-management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines
•    Full proficiency in both English and Danish

 

On a personal level, have a strong sense of responsibility for your tasks, which you solve in a systematic way and are dedicated, service-oriented and bring a positive mindset to work. The ideal candidate is service minded, pays attention to details and works in a structured manner with high quality standards.
 

Finally, we value that you have an analytical mindset, both in terms of data and processes, and a basic understanding of data structure and processing is a plus. 
 

About the department
You will join a newly established team within OPDev Project Office in Emerging Technologies. Our growing team, QMS, Training and HS plays an central role in supporting the rest of OpDev, ensuring high quality, a safe work environment and a continuously improving training setup, to ensure optimized daily processes.
