The Enterprise IT domain in Telenor Shared Services is the driving force behind the successful execution of Enterprise IT deliveries in the Nordics. Specifically, end-user computing, collaboration tools, service desk, and support systems like HR and Finance. 

As the Onsite Supporter, you play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of IT services to our employees at the office and Telenor store locations. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving end user computing issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation of Windows and required applications on the laptop.
  • Installation, Monitoring and maintenance of Office Network and Printers.
  • Assisting new company employees by providing laptops and logging in.
  • Maintaining and updating the Device inventory in the inventory management system.
  • Act as the first point of contact for walk-in end users to resolve or fulfill the incidents/requests related to IT infrastructure and applications (e.g. Azure, Office365 complete suite, Windows 10, Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint online, Connectivity and Infra, Azure SSO etc.).
  • Creation of support cases in the ticketing system for troubleshooting and support
  • Follow-up with users and technical teams/vendor on status of tickets that are waiting on further information or confirmation of resolution.
  • Reporting on daily / weekly productivity and performance.
  • Maintain the hardware inventory.
  • Who are we looking for?

    Are you the ultimate go-to people person that holds expert knowledge on Microsoft technologies and can answer any tech related question around Microsoft 365 and End User Computing? Look at this!

  • Must have at least 2 years of hands-on and support experience on Installation of Different OS e.g. Windows and MAC, Microsoft Platforms e.g. Azure, M365 complete suite, Microsoft Intune, Network and Printing services etc.
  • Must have experience /knowledge about PXE Boot, SCCM & ticketing tools like ServiceNow
  • Proven record of troubleshooting issues and problems for end user’s issues related to software/hardware.
  • Some knowledge of ITIL or other IT framework is preferred
  • Customer service oriented: excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and positive customer-centric attitude.
  • Sense of urgency and self-motivation; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fluent Danish and can preferably also communicate in English.
