We are looking for a dedicated student to be part of our competent team with a unique placement in the organization providing advisement for our customer base. Support and coordinate after-sales activities, requests for spare parts and related service coordination 

Process incoming inquiries and requests from customers

Preparation of spare parts offers as per customer inquiries; collecting the prices from Siemens HQ, regions and 3rd party sub-suppliers by using ticketing tools and systems

Coordinating complex issues and questions to qualified technicians and engineers

Follow up on submitted offers with customers 

Coordinating order processes with internal teams and customers

Updating files for opportunities and orders 

Your qualifications

Ability to build trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

Able to work in an international environment 

Excellent coordination and collaboration skills 

Structured approach to problem solving

Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering / Energy Systems
