Procurement & Logistics Student Worker

To support our continued growth Siemens Smart infrastructure is looking for a student worker to become part of dedicated team in Regional Solutions and Services. We are looking for a colleague to join our team of four competent employees in an informal and relaxed work environment. Based out of our offices in Ballerup, Denmark you will play a pivotal role in our procurement and logistics operations. You’ll become part of a culture where we put our employees first, and value well-being, inclusion and personal development and we encourage curious minds to think differently and break new grounds.  Main responsibilities

Updating supplier lists to ensure accuracy and relevancy in our procurement processes.

Setting up supplier orders and managing online orders efficiently.

Creating packing slips in SAP

Monitoring supplier performance and identifying opportunities for savings.

Maintaining templates and compiling various statistics to support decision-making processes.

Assisting with various ad hoc tasks

Your qualifications

Currently enrolled as a BSc. or MSc. student

Proactive and detail-oriented approach to your tasks.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Strong communication skills in English and Danish, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Eagerness to learn and acquire new competencies along with your skilled colleagues
