Your Role
You will play a pivotal role in driving projects, providing technical expertise, and implementing new systems and processes within Global Procurement. Your main objectives will include:
• Analysis of spend, markets, macroeconomic conditions, and their impact on our business.
• Developing and improving our source-to-contract process.
• Driving projects within Global Procurement in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Providing technical support in the tendering process.
• Implementing and documenting new systems and processes.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to dive deep into data to analyze and identify trends, opportunities, and risks in our procurement activities. Your insights will inform strategic decision-making and contribute to cost optimization. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects, ensuring successful outcomes and continuous improvement. Furthermore, your technical expertise will be crucial in supporting stakeholders in tenders and implementing new systems and processes.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive contributor for process optimization and innovation, so that you can help us drive continuous improvement in procurement practices.
To excel in this role, we imagine you have following qualifications:
• University degree, e.g., in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Finance.
• Good experience within procurement, supply chain, or finance.
• Understanding of the procure-to-pay process.
• Knowledge in strategic sourcing and managing projects.
