We do this through IT systems, processes, and financial knowledge. High quality, performing, secure, and cost-effective software and professional project delivery are at the core of what we do.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage a strategic internal project which will help accelerate our strategy transformation. You will collaborate with implementation teams, individual contributors, and other Engineering and Product management roles as part of project management. This is a global role reporting to Global Delivery Excellence.

What you will be responsible for

Overseeing and driving standard configuration build in a project, where we build and onboard simultaneously

Managing multiple workstreams - identifying all required tasks, dependencies, and time/resource estimations as well as providing regular status updates and reporting to the implementation project

Collaborating with implementation teams and individual contributors, as well as other Engineering and Product management roles, as part of project management

Meeting milestones for delivery as well as overviewing and managing risks

Understanding, tracking and managing dependencies in the back office (investment operations)

Facilitating refinements of requirements

Managing stakeholder complexity internally

Contributing to improvement and documentation of best practices for implementation projects globally in collaboration with Global PMO

Creating and maintaining required project artefacts such as project plan, reports and RAID change requests

Motivating the project team and ensuring continuous improvement within the team

What we value

Most important is that you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above. We would expect you to be proficient in several of the following skills and be able to upskill to a high standard for the remainder.

Proven track record in delivering multi-stream projects in complex business environments

PMI/Prince 2 or equivalent certification

Knowledge and experience with SimCorp Dimension and/or implementation of SimCorp Dimension or similar solutions

Solid understanding of back office (investment operations)

Familiarity with implementation focused projects in the Financial Technology sector is a plus

Experience with product development and agile processes would be of advantage

Fluency in English

Availability to come into the SimCorp office on most days of the week

Limited travel required – if any
