Purpose

For this role, the hiring manager is also open to have someone based in Sweden.

Within IDEMIA Public Security Business Unit, we are currently looking for a North Europe Sales Manager to lead the growth plan over the region for the travel and transportation business line.Reporting to the Head of Sales Europe Travel and Transportation will be a true commercial partner and a driving force in executing the growth plan, with responsibility over North Europe.

IDEMIA Public Security's Travel and Transport division has been pioneering innovative solutions for secure global mobility for over 40 years. Our team of 500+ professionals specializes in ensuring safe movement of people and objects worldwide. With 2200+ installed gates and touchpoints processing 700 million passengers annually, we develop end-to-end solutions, integrating biometrics, ID management, and data analytics to enhance the passenger experience without compromising security. Committed to shaping the future of global travel, we adapt to market needs to ensure secure, efficient journeys. 

Key Missions

- Being responsible for all commercial deals and opportunities in the North Europe region

- Appraising existing sales performance and coordinating marketing and sales efforts to achieve maximum liaison and full use of resources at all levels.

- Negotiating and holding the commercial position for IDEMIA in North Europe

- Ensuring that IDEMIA’s capability is marketed and sold in accordance with budgeted objectives to obtain maximum profitability.

- Participating and providing leadership in the development of new project proposals

- Supervising the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials

- Representing and promote the company at various community and/or business meetings.

- Supervising the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotions

- Establishing and implementing short and long-range objectives, policies, and operating procedures

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will have solid understanding of the T&T market in general including border management, aviation, maritime and other extended market addressing people/passengers and object movement processing.

To succeed in this position, you will need the following skills or experience:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the marketplace selling technology solutions, and significant experience in a commercial leadership position.

- Travel & Transportation background is a must.

- Experience in biometrics preferred.

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

- Strong English and Danish language both spoken and written.
