The Job
For our ambitious, fast growing team in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Brand Team for a 12-month maternity cover. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our customer experience and driving further growth of the brand in the Nordics. The position is expected to start no later than June 1st, with a preferred start date of May 15th.
As the Senior Brand Manager, you'll lead all brand activities for the Nordic markets, covering Norway, Sweden and Denmark. By leading comprehensive analysis of consumer insights and brand performance you will lead the development of future brand strategies and key initiatives aligned with our Global vision to grow the brand further in the Nordic markets.
You will be based out of our Nordic head office in Island Brygge, Copenhagen and report to the Head of Brand.
You will:
Lead comprehensive analysis of market trends and customer insights to inform high-level brand initiatives and strategies Develop and implement comprehensive and compelling 360° marketing campaigns that addresses consumer barriers and resonates across all channels and touch points, including ATL, social, digital, and other media channels Analyze and optimize campaign performance with data in collaboration with the local media team and global teams Lead and execute various brand activities incl. ATL campaigns and mid-funnel strategies, while ensuring ownership of creative direction and execution Support developing and execute on the Nordic brand strategy for 2025, ensuring alignment with global vision and Nordic strategic priorities Manage budgets and utilize advanced analytics to track brand performance against KPIs, optimizing for ROI Enhance brand experience across the marketing funnel and customer journey by driving collaboration with brand team members
Your Ingredients:
5+ years of proven experience in brand management, ideally within the FMCG sector with a track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies Previous experience working on integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels Experience with media planning is a plus Demonstrated success in leading and driving innovative initiatives from concept to launch cross functional teams Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects / timelines simultaneously Familiarity with the Nordic media landscape and local trends, particularly in food and health Creativity and innovation in marketing approaches, with a keen eye for market trends and consumer behaviors Excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and collaborating across departments Native speaker of one Nordic language, but able to understand all three languages
