The job
In the role as Senior Customer Program Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data and program performance to help drive strategic decision-making and optimize our customer programs.

We are looking for an analytical and business-minded colleague to be part of developing our customer loyalty programs: Bilka Plus, føtex Plus, Netto+, and ClubSalling
You will be part of a young, dynamic and well-functioning team, who is responsible for delivering commercial and loyalty data insights in Salling Group.

You will get a key position to support our loyalty data agenda in Salling Group with headroom to build a data infrastructure to support a continues growth in customer loyalty and campaign opportunities.

Primary tasks and responsibilities

Conducting data analysis of customer behavior, program performance, and other key metrics to provide insights and recommendations to the customer program team

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure customer programs are effectively executed and optimized for performance

Creating customer segments, triggered actions and supporting weekly and monthly campaigns in our customer loyalty system

Supporting ad-hoc data requests and analyses as needed to support strategic decision-making

Continuously improve our ways of working with data and help drive the data-driven perspective on the business

Automate data flows and processes

Expose data and help build dashboards to share loyalty and membership information to key stakeholders.

Ensure that data is reliable, trustworthy and able to be analyzed.

Your skills and background

You have a relevant educational background in business, economics, statistics and +2 years’ experience from a similar position. Preferably, you also have relevant industry experience from a large FMCG company.

You have a natural interest in data and how it can be utilized to create a difference for our business.

You are comfortable dealing with large amounts of data, looking for trends and opportunities, and translating these into understandable and presentable overviews.

You have strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with e.g., SQL, Python, R. Preferably also have experience with Snowflake, Bigquery, SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics cloud.

It is an advantage but not a requirement if you have worked with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

As a Senior Customer Program Data Analyst you will play a key role in data utilization by operating and developing our data strategy, reporting and campaign management setup in cooperation with Digital/IT and Commercial departments as well as our formats Bilka, føtex, Netto and Salling.
