We are looking for an experienced and talented leader to be responsible for all SAP EWM & SAP Expansions (IT) Deployment related activities across Novo Nordisk, based in Denmark.  Are you an ambitious and result oriented leader looking for your next challenge with strong project-and program management, communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills?

Then we would like to hear from you as our potential next WareX (SAP EWM + SAP Expansions) Senior Manager responsible for the deployment in the program and lead +25 project teams while ensuring project execution.

Department overview
We are on an exciting journey supporting Novo Nordisk’s expansion journey enabling the next generation factories and warehouses for future demands. We are developing and implementing the nextgeneration warehouse IT solution (SAP Extended Warehouse Management) and ECC/S4 for our expansion projects at 20+ sites in Novo Nordisk. You will have the opportunity to play a vital role in securing standard and digital warehouse management and movements as for the next many years. Our department, WareX (Warehouse & Expansions) delivers top critical IT systems in Novo Nordisk and therefore you will be part of an area with high focus from executive management and exciting challenges.

The team is primarily located in Bagsværd (Greater Copenhagen area), Denmark but you will work with colleagues from all around the world.

The position
As a WareX Senior Deployment Manager, you will lead the overall delivery WareX Deployments which consists of 5 deployment lead areas (programmes), each existing of 5-10 project teams and a total of 100+ colleagues. You will be part of the programme leadership team and be the main leader of the Deployment tracks. You will not have any direct HR responsibility; however, all members of the area will be reporting to you, in relation to execution and development of the area.

Our next WareX Senior Deployment Manager, will among many areas and tasks be responsible for the following:

• Overall responsible for a successful delivery of SAP EWM and SAP Expansions implementations across NN
• End to end area responsible of the Deployment area’s execution
• Stakeholder management and ensuring strong partnership with the production sites and partner project organisations, where we deliver projects together
• Coordinate and keep track of programme roadmaps, and act on impediments and potential delays before they occur
• Portfolio and project budget oversight and control
• Vendor management and sourcing of External consultants (via your teams).
• People and project allocations and project pipeline management
• Ensuring standardization both in the way we implement SAP EWM + SAP ECC/S4, but also the way we drive projects (we use a combination of Waterfall and Scrum).
• Act on impediments and ensure teams in your area are set up for success

Candidate profile

As a person you are friendly, ambitious, result driven, proactive and have an open and flexible attitude. You are known to get the job done and are open to adapt to changes around you. It is evident that you have a proven track record of delivering results and business value in your previous jobs.

To be successful in this role, we require the following:

• Master’s or degree in Business, engineering, supply chain management or other relevant field
• Leadership experience is a clear advantage
• Experience in IT/OT project/program management
• Several years of strong project and programme management experience (including stakeholder management skills, program portfolio management, presentation skills, governance skills and communication skills)
• Interest in managing different tasks and activities that changes from day-to-day.
• Pharma industry knowledge is a clear advantage
• Experience with production/warehouse/supply chain processes and/or GxP is also an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP EWM (ECC/S4/EWM) is a clear advantage
