The position
As the Senior Global Automation Engineer, you will be welcomed into a team of 10 professionals within the Aseptic Production (AP) Reliability Execution in Asset Management and Platform Performance unit in Injectable Finished Products (IFP), Product Supply (PS) department. You will be working together with your colleagues with various equipment, taking preventive actions as well as driving improvement initiatives and optimisations across the filling production. You will join the journey of ramp-up, increasing the capacity of our filling production lines to support the sites globally!

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the stability of our production equipment across Novo Nordisk global sites

• Implementing improvement initiatives and helping in upskilling your co-workers

• Systematic problem-solving, driving optimal performance of the filling equipment’s and defining strategy for reliable line setup

Moreover, you can expect to cooperate with many different sites and stakeholders at various levels across the organisation. This position also gives a great opportunity to travel to the sites in Denmark, U.S, Brazil, China, and France.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has experience working with various stakeholders in a global setting. Our ideal candidate is a great communicator who has a can-do attitude combined with problem-solving skills. 

To succeed in this role, we imagine you have:

• An academic degree within Automation Engineering or similar field

• Experience working with Factory talk View, Rockwell, and Siemens PLCs combined ideally, with experience in SCADA systems, IFIX and Ignition

• Knowledge of Pas-x and cBatch will be considered and advantage. As well as the Automation Filling experience within preferably pharmaceutical manufacturing processes

• Experience with GMP regulations or working in a highly regulated environment such as the biotech, or food industry will be also considered

• Professional proficiency in English

About the department
You will be a part of the AP Reliability Execution in Asset Management and Platform Performance in IFP, Product Supply (PS). Your working place will be in Bagsværd, Demnark. The team's mission is to minimise or eliminate human interaction with our injectable products through optimisation. You will work together with specialist, academics, technicians, and external development partners covering a wide range of disciplines.
