How you will make an impact

You will have the responsibility for planning and execution of activities in alignment with business plans and get to work with a various landscape of internally and externally managed applications. You will likewise be working in a scaled agile setup (SAFe) with cross functional agile teams in close collaboration with our business. Further, your role will be to create a high performing organization by building up and guiding diverse teams of highly skilled solution architects, consultants, scrum masters and change management consultants as well as managing vendor relations and agreements.

As a people manager, you will support, develop and coach your team to ensure engagement and motivation and improve efficiency. Further, you will play an active part in the management team and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a strong collaboration across the end-to-end planning programme.
