The Position

As IT Solution Manager, you will be responsible for the IT governance and compliance tasks in relation to a portfolio of critical local IT Systems/Computerised Equipment across the Sourcing Operations department.

Furthermore, you will:

Be responsible for driving life cycle management and running small projects ensuring that the IT Systems/Computerized Equipment live up to requirements.

Manage the expectations of stakeholders and users concerning the IT Systems/Computerized Equipment.

Act as point of contact, liaison partner and escalation support for local users, IT Project Managers, Validation Managers, System Owners and QA.

Provide guidance to ensure that most appropriate service levels are supplied to meet future business needs.

Please note this position is on-site in Hillerød/Bagsværd (80/20).

Qualifications

You are the ideal candidate if you tick most of the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science or similar fields, or has had a similar position in pharma or another regulated industry.

2 years of hands-on experience in field of IT System/Computerized Equipment Management.

As a person, you have a structured approach to challenges, you have a strong quality mindset, and you enjoy providing support within your area of expertise.

You have a can-do attitude and manage to get the job done with the right sense of urgency, prioritization and communicating status and solutions accordingly - while supporting and keeping a touch of fun our day-to-day work environment.

Have proficient oral and written communication skills in English.

About the Department

Sourcing Operations ensure that our production sites globally have the materials they need to keep production lines running and meet patient demands in the market. We source raw materials, primary packaging and printed packaging materials, maintain specifications, plans and purchase, store and perform quality controls before the materials are released for production.

We are operating mainly out of Denmark in Bagsværd, Høje Taastrup, Hillerød and Kalundborg, but are expanding rapidly and are currently also setting up a sourcing hub in the US to support our growing production facilities there.

We are approaching 500 people in the business unit and you will be joining our IT Operations & Projects team with 11 employees.
