Job Description

The Sr. Billing Specialist position will support accounting functions within the corporate accounting team.  This role will be the primary biller and point of contact between the customer and accounting. Duties include general support, and accounting administration for the corporate accounting function.  The Sr. Billing Specialist may provide support and training to the Accounting Assistant role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Generate invoices and review system extracts
• Complete data entry of invoices into accounting software
• Assist internal and external vendors with billing questions
• Research and resolve invoicing inquiries for both internal and external customers
• Work with renewals team to ensure complete and accurate annual invoicing
• May be assigned medium scope administrative projects
• Supports all AR duties
• Provides support and back-up to the accounting team
• Provides insight for all AR duties and responsibilities

Skills:

• Knowledge of accounting practices & Accounts Receivable best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Analytical abilities
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or related experience
• 4-6 years of related accounting experience

The minimum salary for this position has been established at $43,160.00 in Colorado.
