About the position

As our Strategy & Operations associate, you will improve and drive key processes and projects, and your primary areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to:

Lead and further mature AIDR operations-related activities towards operational excellence.

Support key annual AIDR activities and develop presentation material (e.g., roadshows, quarterly meetings, science updates, business review updates, etc.)

Support the development of the annual strategic goal-setting process.

Support the Head of Operations execution strategic priorities in line with the AIDR business plan.

Engage in ad-hoc project management activities.

You will report to the Head of Operations and be based in Måløv. As we are a newly established and growing area, you will be part of shaping and developing the role to add the most value to the organization in line with our strategic direction and have to thrive in this. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have the following qualifications:

MSc in Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field and either newly graduated or with a few years of relevant experience

Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate a complex organization

Strong problem-solving skills and are curious and passionate about improvements and continually identifying opportunities for the development of the organisation

Exceptional writing and editing skills as well as proficiency in creating presentations for meetings and townhalls

Communicate effortlessly in English, both verbally and in writing

Proficiency in MS Office Tools; good understanding of AI-related tools (e.g., ChatGPT, M365 Copilot) and how they can be used to optimize processes and day-to-day tasks would be an advantage

As a person, you are analytical and structured. Passionate about optimisations, you enjoy coming up with solutions. Your excellent communication skills allow you to translate complex problems into simple words and recommendations. Finally, you have a positive “can-do” attitude and a high degree of independence.

About the area

The AIDR organization is part of the wider Digital Science & Innovation (DSI) organisation. AIDR current has around 130 employees across several different geographical locations spanning, and about half of the people are located in Denmark. DSI is supporting the digital journey across all our therapy areas in Novo Nordisk Research and Early Discovery (R&ED). In DSI, we work in multidisciplinary teams – in strong collaboration with all areas across R&ED and R&ED IT. We participate in drug development projects across the value chain, from early discovery to pre-clinical development. We engage in external collaborations to ensure access to the latest research and technology enablers, and we automate our labs and processes, and we focus on developing and retaining top talent.
