Student Assistant - Finance and Performance Management Region North Europe

Your role

within this team will be significant, as you'll be instrumental in providing a diverse range of financial insights and support aimed at facilitating the achievement of our sales targets. Join us in this exciting venture where your involvement directly shapes our ability to excel in meeting and surpassing our sales objectives.

As a student assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work both individually and collaboratively within a team setting.

Your primary tasks will include:

Preparation of financial reporting on market and region on sales and profitability alongside the creation of new Excel models to enhance transparency.

Providing data input essential for decision-making.

Driving digitalisation and automation of data and processes.

Handling ad-hoc tasks by supporting on assignments and business cases as needed.

Process improvements: setting up financial models or improving existing processes to reduce workload across the team and do things efficiently.

You can expect to work approximately 15 hours per week. We are flexible in exam periods and will adjust according to your schedule. The hours will be split on two days between beginning and end of the week, e.g., Monday and Thursday. Furthermore, we work flexibly within the team and offer the opportunity to work remotely when tasks allow for it.

Are preferably in the last year of your Bachelor’s degree or in the beginning of your Master’s degree in fields like Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or similar.

Possess great verbal and written communication skills.
