Your new team

You will join our Global HR team of 3 HR professionals driving HR excellence across our company, while also having tight interfaces and collaboration with Global Finance, IT, QHSE as well as Operations & Sales. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with our HR colleagues in Poland, South Africa, Argentina and Brazil. Within Global HR our tasks and projects reach from talent acquisition to data management, employer branding to leadership training, and we handle these diverse tasks together across our organization. How you will create an impact

As a Student Assistant you will become an essential part of our ambitious Global HR department and will dive into the world of data reporting. To start with your focus will be collecting, cleaning and registration of data. Following, you'll play a vital role in analyzing HR data and metrics from various sources, including our HR information system. Your valuable contributions will enable smooth HR operations within the organization.

Your key day-to-day tasks will include

· You will support the Global HR team with entering and updating employee master data, archiving, and organizing employee-related data in our various information systems to ensure smooth operations.

· You will implement early warning systems in reports to catch unhealthy trends in the organization through e.g. Power BI.

· You will respond to ad-hoc reporting requests.

· You will contribute actively to optimizing and digitalizing our administrative processes.

We imagine you have the following competencies

The ideal candidate have a background that includes the following elements;

· You have or about to finalize your bachelor degree and looking to proceed with your Master's degree wihtin Business Administration, Data Science, Human Resource Management, or a similar program with a strong interest in Data Analytics.

· You have experience with developing, running and maintaining data visualization tools in Power BI (could also be e.g. Tableau, Qlik).

· You are curious to learn new skills, ways of working, and making connections.

· You have strong analytical skills (e.g., VLOOKUP and Conditional Formatting functions in MS Excel).

· You have a high level of accountability and service mindset.

· You are fluent in written and spoken Danish & English.

As a person you are detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of data management, and understand how to communicate with the people around you.
