How to contribute to our vision
We are looking for a self-driven and structured student worker to support our Project Management Team in Vejle.
Being a Student Worker in Siemens Gamesa is an opportunity for you to develop your personal capabilities and build a professional and international network. You will get the chance to enhance your professional development and get relevant work experience in a global company.
Your responsibilities will consist of:
Administration and creation of team and topic-specific SharePoint sites
Calendar management and organization of meetings, e.g. booking of team meetings and team events, preparing invitations, agendas and coordination of guest speakers, booking 1:1 meetings, etc.
Provide support for hiring, onboarding and resignations
Support ensuring hour registration, approval of hours in various systems on a weekly basis
Support in compiling and proof reading project management reports
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (bachelor or master’s) in management, strategy, leadership, organization development, IT, business administration, or similar, with at least 2 years left of your studies.
To be successful in this role, you need/are:
Solid skills on MS package (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
A bright and business-driven mindset
Proactive, structured and detail-orientated
You are positive and enjoy providing support to those around you
Strong communication skills and excellent English skills in speaking as well as in writing.
You thrive in a multicultural environment
Ready to work consistently 15-20 hours per week
Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
