The role

We are looking for a tech-savvy Supply Chain Manager with experience in ERP-system configuration, who can strengthen our Sourcing & Supply team in Copenhagen.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Sales forecasting
• Optimizing and securing supplier, warehouse and transport capacities in accordance with NORNORM's needs
• Proposing sales steering activities from a supply chain perspective
• Planning stock against agreed goals
• Analyzing and optimizing supply chain network
• Developing tools and WM for supply chain optimization

You will also be expected to: 

• Manage several projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
• Identify improvements in our ways of working and supply chain setups
• Occasional travels to our Suppliers and Warehouses

You bring the following qualifications:

We imagine that you have approximately 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management. Ideally, you have a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related studies. You like working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and use your problem-solving skills when facing challenges. In addition, we are seeking the following qualifications and competencies:

• Tech savviness with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in developing tools to support analytical needs and conducting simulations of various scenarios
• Experience in working with complex supply chains in a global environment
• Experience in ERP-system configuration
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and deep analytical understanding of numbers
• Excellent communication skills
• High proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to act and predict consequences proactively
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
