The opportunity and what we offer
Formalize is on a hyper growth journey with a series A funding round in the back and we have to hire extensively in the next 20 months. This role comes with high responsibility and autonomy. You will be based in our Aarhus office scaling our commercial staff together with non-sales departments significantly. Seize this distinctive chance and join an existing TA team of 4 people and a full people team of 7 people.
Responsibilities
You will be joining our team of +100 people in rapid growth. We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact in the organisation from the start. In 2023, we hired 84 people and the targets and goals are bigger for 2024. Importantly, you will enter a level where you have to make sure that we meet deadlines at all times.
