How to contribute to our vision

As part of the Test and Validation Project Management Office in the Technology Organization, your mission will be to connect all involved parties with the targeted focus to fulfil the test strategy entitled by platform management.

In the Test and Validation area we are handling validation of new product and new technology development which encompass from material tests, components, and systems up to full scale prototype wind turbine validation.

You will have the responsibility to control the cross-functional overview of test scopes handled by the different teams in the test and Validation area, as part of the Validation and Verification plan of the platform.

Report on actuals and manage deviations of test plan schedule, budget as well as identification/follow up of risks are major activities in this position. High level of collaboration with Heads of the Test and Validation departments, Test Managers, project Chief Engineers and project managers is crucial to maximize the effectiveness of this role.

Communication is of outmost importance for this role, you will have to feel comfortable to present towards high level management as well as a wider audience.

What are my responsibilities?

High level Project Management with regards to cross-functional test and validation activities.

Act as Single Point of Contact for any validation related topic and be able to communicate and present with outmost performance.

Responsible for follow up and close monitoring of ongoing project, identifying new project’s needs, and provide status to project management as part of the project lifecycle milestones.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

You have a technical engineering degree, M.Sc. with +5 years of professional experience with project management.

You have fundamental project management skills and a proven track record in a product or technology development environment.

You are detail and quality oriented and have a structured and thorough approach to your tasks.

You thrive in a multicultural environment and possess excellent communication and English skills both orally and in writing.

You have experience in managing development projects with a large number of stakeholders involved – internally and externally.

You are development oriented, open for change and outgoing.

You possess excellent cross-functional and interdisciplinary skills.
